Jersey Competition
Terms and Conditions:
- Munster Insurances and Financial Ltd. trading as Munstergroup Insurance and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland is hosting a competition where Munstergroup Insurance will supply a set of team jerseys for a local sports club (‘Competition’);
- Only open to Munstergroup Insurance Customers who renew or purchase an insurance policy including, but not limited to car, home, health, farm, or commercial insurance. The policy must be purchased through Munstergroup Insurance either over the phone or at the counter in the office;
- When a customer renews or purchases a policy over phone, they will have to send an email to us on marketing@munstergroup.com with the name of a local sports team they would like to nominate, this is the only way nominations will be accepted;
- When a customer renews or purchases a policy over the counter in our office (Bank House, Bindon Street, Ennis), they can complete a nomination form with the name of a local sports team and put it in the nomination box available at the reception desk or email us on marketing@munstergroup.com, this is the only way nominations will be accepted;
- One nomination is permitted per policy;
- A sports club can be nominated more than once;
- The Competition will run from the 15th January 2024 until the 14th March 2024. All valid entries will be entered in a draw, which will be held on Tuesday 19th March 2024. The winning club will be contacted directly and announced in the Clare Echo & on our Social Media Channels;
- The prize consists of a suite of team jerseys up to a maximum of 25 club jerseys, a jersey kit bag and 2 managers’ jackets;
- The prize is for a youth or children’s team, adult teams (18 or over are excluded);
- The jerseys will be in club colours and include the club crest and Munstergroup Insurance logo.
- The winning club agree the Munstergroup Insurance logo will be included on the front of the Club Jersey;
- The Jerseys will be supplied by O’Neill’s, in the circumstance where O’Neill’s cannot manufacture or supply the Jerseys for the winning team an acceptable alternative will be sought;
- The prize is as described, no transfer or alternatives will be provided, there is no cash alternative;
- By participating you agree to these terms & conditions;
- Winners will be chosen at random from the pool of all nominated clubs;
- Munstergroup Insurance reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control;
- Decisions of Munstergroup Insurance are final, and no correspondence will be entered into;
- Munstergroup Insurance reserves the right to draw an alternative winner in the event that we believe that any winner has contravened any of these terms and conditions;
- Munstergroup Insurance reserves the right to draw an alternative winner in the event that no contact has been made within a 48-hour period of first attempt.
- Entry into this Competition will be deemed to be a full and unconditional acceptance by the applicant of the Terms and Conditions of this Competition. A failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Competition and, if applicable, forfeiture of the prize(s).
